Jordan Farmar

It was a cold night, on June 28, 2006. With the 26th pick, the Lakers selected Jordan Farmar, a 6-2 youngster from UCLA. My brother looked at me in confusion while I was screaming at the top of my lungs. I’ve always had high hopes on this youngster, but I never thought he would perform this well. Many people doubted him and cursed at Mitch for this pick. I, myself, though Phil will give Farmar a maximum of 10 minutes per game. NBADraft.net gave him a rating of 91, not much lower than their top 10 predicted draft picks. Now here he is, getting 6 points per game, going along with 3 assists and 2 rebounds, all in only 18 minutes per game. Lately, he’s been on a scoring slump, but his assists have been sky high.
