PHOENIX — The Phoenix Suns today announced the clubs regular season schedule for its 43rd NBA season, which includes a rematch of their 2010 Western Conference Finals matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers in the Suns home opener on Oct.

Los Angeles Lakers head coach Phil Jackson will return next season to compete for the third three-peat of his career. Jackson, 64, was mulling retirement this offseason, citing health concerns. The Lakers will return next season with the same core players that it took for them to win the 2010 NBA Finals and they should still be considered the favorites to win the Western Conference.
