Lakers Injury Report: LeBron James and Anthony Davis updates for the Christmas Day game against the Mavs

One of the most anticipated injury reports this weekend is certainly the update for the two Lakers starts: LeBron James and Anthony Davis. The LA Lakers just posted the injury report and we are happy to report that both LeBron and AD are listed now as probable for the game against the Dallas Mavericks on Christmas Day.

LeBron James rolled his ankle during the season opener loss, and since yesterday reports, even from the star himself, indicated that he would be good to go come Friday night. And while his is still listed only as “probable”, we all know that at this point it’s almost certain that LeBron will clock in yet another Christmas Day game, to extend his streak to 17 in a row.

Anthony Davis, who is nursing a right calf contusion, was also listed as probably for the Mavs games tonight.

The Lakers are looking to record their first win of the season, after suffering a loss to local rival Clippers. The Mavericks, led by Luka Doncic, are also coming out of a loss, but the odds makers have already laid all their chips on the Lakers, who are big favorite to win the Christmas Day game. But if, for some reason, LeBron and AD aren’t able to give 100% on the court tonight, there may be some value on taking Dallas, considering everyone expects Doncic to deliver on Friday night.
